PulStar is a light-forced adjustment, using a computerized prong to vibrate gently through each individual vertebra to manipulate the spine with very minimal force.
Once I find and correct the underlying nutritional imbalances and deficiencies-almost inevitable in today's world of poor diet, fast foods and toxic chemical overload-the subluxations begin to stay fixed. It is standard procedure to look for the underlying nutritional cause of any subluxations that recurs more than three times-quite a change from the weeks of 2-3 adjustments per week I used to consider necessary just for stabilization.
More often than you might imagine, the chronically recurring subluxations is simply the effect of a "viscero-somatic reflex." In other words, an organ with an energy problem is causing the subluxation. With Nutrition Response Testing, you can find out which organ it is, determine the exact deficiency or imbalance, and correct that through specifically designed clinical nutrition.
Trigger Point Therapy is a gentle style of bodywork that focuses on stimulating and releasing “trigger points” in your body.Trigger points are tender areas of tension similar to acupressure points, except they occur in the belly of the muscle tissue rather than along the energy pathways of the body. These ‘knots’ are built up throughout a person’s life due to physical, mental, and/or emotional stress.During a session, focused pressure is applied through a variety of techniques order to release your trigger points. This process can be quite painful at times, yet the effects are lasting and profoundly transformative.
The human nervous system is one of the most complex systems in nature. It is reponsible for coordinating thousands of processes, from your heart beating to the emotions you feel through the day. Clearly, a system with this much responsibility needs to function properly in order for a person to remain healthy. Unfortunately, the nervous system can be easily disrupted through a number of factors: Stress, Poor diet, Toxic chemicals, Infections, and Genetics.
These factors can cause the levels of neurotransmitters to become either too high or too low. Imbalanced neurotransmitter levels can lead to: Feelings of sadness, Feelings of anxiousness, Disrupted sleep, Fatigue, Behavioral problems, Foggy thinking, and Headaches.
The good news is that neurotransmitter levels can be measured, and, with the help of Dr. Rey, options for improving your nervous system function can be discussed.
If you are stuggling with a health concern, ask Dr. Rey to do a simple urinary lab test to measure yor neurotransmitter levels. If you neurotransmitters lack balance, ask about NeuroScience, Inc.'s natural, non-prescription apporach to restoring neurotransmitter balance and supporting health.

Chiropractic, although often misunderstood, is about helping people live healthier, fuller lives. While typically thought of as "bone doctors", chiropractors actually focus on the nervous system, particularly the spine, as the key to a healthy and pain-free body. The basis of our work focuses on correcting misalignments in the spinal column (called “subluxations”), improving the functioning of the entire nervous system.
In order to reduce pain and dramatically improve quality of life, chiropractors make ‘adjustments’ that re-align your body and re-establish proper nerve flow throughout the body. Once the correct structural order has been restored, the nerve signals between the brain and the body flow freely, allowing your body’s natural healing systems to function optimally. Chiropractic work is widely researched, practiced, and respected, and has been shown to help a wide range of ailments, from allergies to whiplash.
I sometimes use a computerized tool called Pul-Star, that helps me analyze and treat musculoskeletal pain that could be due from: joint subluxation, restricted joint mobility, myofascial spasm, ligamentous strain as well as tissue compliance analysis.
The Pul-Star is great for people who are "chickens" when it comes to cracks and pops. This computerized tool allows for gentle adjusting in which provides relief in as little as four visits.
The Pul-Star can also generate a bar graph with each bar representing a verterbra. This graph is great for validaiton or documentation for any insurance purposes and/or legal evidence.
